Attorney – George McCranie IV

George is a nationally recognized Author of three #1 bestselling books “Protect & Defend” (2012), “The Authority on DUI Defense” (2013) & “Your Path to Freedom” in 2015. In 2015 his book “Your Path to Freedom” became a #1 Best Seller in 3 categories. He was awarded a “Golden Quill” award by the National Academy of Best Selling Authors in 2012. He is also a Global Ambassador of the National Academy of Best Selling Authors. George’s next book will address issues in DUI cases involving Prescription Drugs, Marijuana and other Illegal Drugs.

George has appeared on ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and CW affiliates across the nation and has been featured in USA Today. George won an “EXPY” award in New York City in April of 2014 for his appearances as an expert on several television shows. He is also a Producer of the documentary film “Mi Casa Hogar”. This documentary tells about Casa Hogar, a children’s home in Acapulco, Mexico. This documentary won an “Emmy Award” in Miami, Florida in November, 2013 and a “Telly Award” in March, 2014. George believes all of the awards and recognition will greatly benefit the children in the orphanage.

George is a former Assistant District Attorney in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia & is a former member of the Georgia Bar Association’s Board of Governors. George is also National Highway Training and Safety Administration trained in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests as a Practitioner and Instructor. He has also completed Advanced Roadside Impaired Enforcement training and is scheduled for more advanced training/certifications in 2016.

My name is Cindy Gonzalez. I am married to Renato Gonzalez and we reside in Douglas, Georgia. I am originally from Mexico; however, I arrived in the U.S. in May of 2001. Since arriving from Mexico I am proud to say I have obtained my US citizenship. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. Sonia Tapia

Hello, my name is Sonia Tapia. I immigrated to the U.S. when I was 6 years old. I grew up in South Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Armstrong Atlantic State University. I enjoy working here and helping our Clients by making their difficult process as smooth as possible for them. I am fluent in Spanish and English. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and watching Foreign Films.

Yurixa Moore

My name is Yurixa Moore. I was born in Cuba and moved to the U.S. with my family when I was three. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am married and have two beautiful children Kyan, and Emily. I have worked in the medical field since graduating from Coffee County High School. Now I will apply my talent of helping others at the McCranie Law Firm. Damaris de la Cruz Figueroa

Hello, my name is Damaris de la Cruz Figueroa. I was born in Hollywood, FL and at the age of 10 I moved to Puerto Rico with my grandparents. I graduated with a Nursing Associates Degree at the University of Puerto Rico. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My husband is in the Airforce and we have 2 kids. My past experiences were as a Nurse, SPED paraeducator and School Nurse Tech. I enjoy helping others and I hope to continue to do so at the McCranie Law Firm.
