Family Immigration Presentation by George McCranie, Family Immigration & Criminal Defense Attorney

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waycross, Georgia

Local attorney George McCranie practices Family Immigration, DUI & Criminal Defense in South Georgia. He is also the author of three #1 Best Selling Books on Family Immigration and DUI. He enjoys reaching out to the community and providing information on legal topics – especially Family Immigration issues. On June 12, 2016 Mr. McCranie and his team did just that, they traveled from their office in Douglas to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waycross, GA to give a presentation on Family Immigration and Criminal Defense issues.

George and three of his Spanish speaking employees, Cindy Gonzalez, Magdalene Santana, and Lilia Olguin prepared the presentation. Mrs. Gonzalez is the Head Immigration Assistant and not only did she do all of the translating, but she also did it wearing a pair of heels. Not to mention that she is 8 months pregnant. Ms. Santana is the Marketing Assistant and helped set up the presentation. She is also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Ms. Olguin is a STEM student assistant, she gave up her Sunday afternoon to help make sure all of the attendees received a FREE copy of Mr. McCranie’s #1 Best Selling book – Your Path to Freedom.

Robert Cushing, also known as Father Bob, is the priest at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Bob welcomed us into his church to talk to a group of parishioners about Family Immigration and Criminal Defense issues. The presentation was given after Sunday mass, beginning at 7:30 P.M. There were many attendees at the beginning and many more came in during the presentation. All of the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions during the presentation. Mr. George discussed immigration topics such as DACA, U- Visa & Adjustment of Status/Consular Process and how criminal charges could affect a person’s application for these immigration programs. After the presentation, everyone had a chance to talk to Mr. McCranie and ask him or any member of Team McCranie questions. Team McCranie was surprised because St. Joseph provided pizza and drinks for everyone after the audience finished asking their questions. Mr. McCranie and Team McCranie want to thank Father Bob and St. Joseph for allowing us to help answer peoples questions on Family Immigration and Criminal Defense issues and for the surprise food and drinks.

So why would Mr. George and Team McCranie give up their Sunday afternoon? The reason is simple – FAMILY. Mr. George decided to add Family Immigration to his DUI & Criminal Defense practice because of how important family is to him after seeing the need to help people in South Georgia with their immigration issues. He wants to share his knowledge and help keep families together.
